Leftover Casserole

Oh the Thanksgiving feast was wonderful and the company outstanding, but what to do with the all those leftovers? You’ve already enjoyed a couple plates of leftovers and are in need a change of pace when it comes to Thanksgiving leftovers. Well then it’s time for you to make a casserole. Leftover casserole is a fun and creative way to use up those lingering leftovers. So now go grab the leftovers (don’t shrug…it’s going to be delicious) and let’s get that frig cleaned out once and for all, or at least until the next big holiday!
Ingredients:
- Leftover stuffing
- Leftover turkey
- 6 T. leftover gravy
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3 1/3 oz. (100 ml) cream
- Salt and pepper to season
- Leftover cranberries
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Mix the gravy, egg, and cream with whisk
- Season with salt and pepper
- Layer stuffing in the oven proof dish, press it down so that it forms an even layer on bottom
- Spread the turkey evenly over the stuffing
- Top it all with the gravy/cream sauce
- Place it in the oven for about 35 minutes
- Remove from oven and let set for 15 minutes prior to serving
- Place dollop of leftover cranberries next to each serving of casserole
