Nacho Buffet for Super Bowl Sunday
Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010Last year the Super Bowl drew in a record 97.4 million viewers. Chances are many of those viewers enjoyed watching the game at a restaurant, bar, friend’s party or at their own Super Bowl party. Do you know what you’ll be doing this year? If you’re having your own festivities at your place and are looking for a Super Bowl appetizer that’s cheap, fast and delicious, how about having nachos?

No, not just any nachos, but having your own Nacho Buffet. It’s easy, fast and convenient. Many picky eaters only like cheese and tortilla chips, while some people like cheese, tortilla chips, jalapenos, sour cream and olives. The combinations are endless!
Get creative! Fill bowls with…
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Sliced olives
- Sliced jalapenos
- Sliced onions
- Chopped tomatoes
- Have cheese melted in a crock-pot, so it’s kept warm.
- Borrow another crock-pot from a friend or neighbor so you have refried beans also available.
Have warm waffle fries or potato skins available, so your friends can make Irish Nachos (which are regular nachos except instead of using tortilla chips, you use potato skins).
